Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Care Coordinator will manage patient scheduling and inquiries while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients
- Serve as the scheduling liaison for new patients across multiple clinics and telehealth services
- Manage and respond to new patient inquiries and appointment scheduling efficiently
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution
- 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various software applications
