Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Care Coordinator will manage patient scheduling and inquiries while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients
  • Serve as the scheduling liaison for new patients across multiple clinics and telehealth services
  • Manage and respond to new patient inquiries and appointment scheduling efficiently
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various software applications
