Job Summary
Seeking a confident and personable Care Coordinator, the full-time remote position focuses on high-volume provider outreach and relationship building while providing light administrative support in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume provider outreach calls to close care gaps and coordinate patient care
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers through regular phone contact
- Document call outcomes and interactions accurately while tracking outreach metrics and program success rates
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work history
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Medical Assistant certification or higher (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (required); PowerBI experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
