Job Summary
To support a respected healthcare organization, the temporary full-time Care Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, create referrals in a centralized CRM, and ensure an empathetic patient experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and complete accurate referrals and applications in a centralized CRM platform
- Resolve patient questions and concerns regarding their journey status
- Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Required qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible assigned 8-hour shift between 7 AM-7 PM CST
- Ability to attend required training from 8 AM-5 PM CST for 4-6 weeks
- Comfortable handling high-volume phone work while documenting in multiple systems
- Professionalism and patient-focused communication skills
