Job Summary
Supporting patients and caregivers in their treatment journey, the full-time hybrid Care Coordinator I will serve as a dedicated contact, coordinating device logistics, providing travel and technical support, and ensuring accurate documentation across company systems.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated contact for patients and caregivers, providing responsive support by phone and video
- Coordinate device logistics, place supply and equipment orders, and assist patients with treatment-related needs
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in company-specific CRM and ERP platforms
Required qualifications
- 2-year college degree preferred
- Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and internal teams
