Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate information and exceptional care to clients through phone and online channels
  • Collaborate with other teams to address technical issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a call center customer service role or equivalent
  • Computer navigation and operation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Hardwired (ethernet) internet and a designated home office workspace
  • Physical ability to sit, use hands and fingers, speak, and hear
