Key Responsibilities

• Make 50-75 outbound calls daily to enroll CMS members into care management
• Establish contact information for CMS members and connect with providers as needed
• Document calls and submit daily production reports while managing a caseload of 300 members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of healthcare experience with high volume outbound and inbound calls
• Experience handling 50-75+ calls daily
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and working with multiple systems
• Must have a private workspace, high-speed internet, and a smartphone for remote work
