Required Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical practice with knowledge of medical terminology
• Willingness to work regular weekends and at least three holidays a year
• Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
• Skilled in using online tools and technology for communication and care delivery
• Reliable attendance and adherence to the assigned work schedule
