Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator for remote positions in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide client support as needed
  • Coordinate member implementation calls with Care Team Lead
  • Assist patients with enrollment in the manufacturer's program and maintain patient database

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and/or GED with 2 to 3 years' related experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Professional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and multilingual skills
