A company is looking for a Care Coordinator Auth Scheduling Specialist for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes patient referrals and coordinates with practices and departments
• Obtains necessary authorizations and prepares financial estimates for patients
• Schedules surgical procedures and diagnostic testing while ensuring accurate time allocation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Computer experience is required
• Understanding of insurance coverage and medical necessity policies preferred
• Knowledge of medical records software preferred
• Customer service experience is required
