Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Data Insights Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear insight packages that shape decision options and recommended actions
• Synthesize NPS, operational metrics, and external benchmarks to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in care experience and performance
• Lead program management for cross-functional initiatives related to care performance and sentiment assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or business operations, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated experience producing executive-level insight decks and dashboards
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
