Care Delivery Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RPM Operations Lead to build and scale operational systems for care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build capacity planning and workforce forecasting models aligned to patient growth and acuity
• Define SLA standards, productivity benchmarks, and performance metrics in partnership with Clinical Leadership
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure that drive transparency and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in building and scaling operations in high-growth, complex environments
• Proven experience designing large-scale operating models, including workforce architecture and capacity planning
• Demonstrated ability to build performance governance systems, including KPI dashboards and reporting cadence
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, regulated environments
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery, RPM, telehealth, or population health preferred
