Job Summary
Care Experience Manager is a full-time hybrid leadership position responsible for managing a team to deliver exceptional family care experiences, focusing on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to enhance family care experiences
- Design, implement, and optimize care support workflows while tracking key performance indicators
- Collaborate with Clinical, Technology, and Product teams to streamline processes and meet family needs
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in consulting, operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with CRM systems and data reporting tools
- Preferred experience managing offshore or remote teams
- Preferred background in healthcare
