Job Summary

Care Experience Manager is a full-time hybrid leadership position responsible for managing a team to deliver exceptional family care experiences, focusing on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to enhance family care experiences
  • Design, implement, and optimize care support workflows while tracking key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Technology, and Product teams to streamline processes and meet family needs
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in consulting, operations, or related fields
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with CRM systems and data reporting tools
  • Preferred experience managing offshore or remote teams
  • Preferred background in healthcare
