Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Experience Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of Care Experience Specialists to ensure exceptional customer support for all clients
  • Resolve complex patient and family concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Liaison between patients and internal teams to provide centralized support

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience including management and customer service
  • Experience working with young adults and adolescents in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum 6 months working as a Sr. Care Experience Specialist at the company
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience and call/contact center technology experience required
