Job Summary
As a vital member of the integrated care team, the full-time Care Guide will provide comprehensive support services to members, managing patient communications, coordinating care, and ensuring operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage in-app patient communication and initiate proactive outreach to encourage participation in health programs
- Coordinate patient journeys by scheduling appointments, managing medication prior authorizations, and preparing essential forms
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines while handling administrative tasks such as fax management and medical record retrieval
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare support, administrative, or customer service role
- Proficiency with new technologies and digital systems
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive mindset for issue resolution
- Commitment to patient satisfaction and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment
