Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Admin Technician for their Value Based Care - Clinical Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Population Health Case Management Team with reporting services, communications, and coordination
• Review incoming reports and emails, distribute based on priority
• Collect data from medical records and input into reports and health plan portals

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, Excel, PDF, PPP, and Adobe
• Experience managing multiple projects effectively
• Experience with analytics
