Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in outgoing telephonic communications for Care Management programs
  • Print and process letters, welcome packets, and educational mailings for Care Management
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office files

Required Qualifications:
  • Two plus years of customer care and/or call center experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience with medical terminology
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products for business presentations
  • Experience contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST
