Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to team members by answering calls, taking messages, and assisting in problem-solving
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet compliance and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the healthcare field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent GED required
