Care Management Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Operations Analyst to optimize non-clinical workflows across various programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support end-to-end non-clinical workflows across CM, CDM, and UM programs
• Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and risks impacting operational performance
• Develop and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of three years of relevant experience in healthcare services
• Experience in process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear process or technical requirements
• Experience supporting complex implementations and regulatory changes
• Knowledge of medical claims and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
