Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Care Management Processor will facilitate case assignments, member screenings, and scheduling while contributing to interdisciplinary team efforts in a call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates administrative tasks including case assignment, data entry, and member correspondence processing
- Assists in the initial review of cases and coordinates member services in accordance with benefit plans
- Promotes effective communication to enhance care management services and schedules member visits as needed
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role in health care or equivalent education and experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or comparable software
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Time-management abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
