Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties within the care management department
  • Provide accurate information and respond to service requests from internal and external customers
  • Organize and manage meetings, including logistics and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduation or equivalent (GED) required; some college preferred
  • Associate degree or technical certification preferred
  • Prior experience in a medical front office, hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products; experience with data analytics preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding is desirable
