Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative duties within the care management department
- Provide accurate information and respond to service requests from internal and external customers
- Organize and manage meetings, including logistics and documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent (GED) required; some college preferred
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred
- Prior experience in a medical front office, hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products; experience with data analytics preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding is desirable
