Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational aspects of Care Management programming to support member engagement and enrollment
- Serve as a liaison between members, Care Management teams, and external partners for timely issue resolution
- Maintain operational reports and documentation to ensure compliance and program performance
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, or health insurance
- Experience navigating multiple systems and tools for member support
- Working knowledge of health insurance concepts and healthcare navigation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
