Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Non-Clinical Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new teammates
• Provide ongoing training and maintain job aids and process documentation
• Monitor productivity and support corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in a health coordinator role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PCs
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
