Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager, Patient Support Services - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
  • Assist customers with pharmacy-related services through inbound calls
  • Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and provide prior authorization support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
  • Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm or more
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
  • Able to work in a virtual team environment and maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA guidelines
