Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager, Patient Support Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
- Assist patients and providers with enrollment in assistance programs and provide support for prior authorizations
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while providing customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
- Data entry experience with a typing speed of 30 wpm or more
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
- Must reside in the same country where the job is located
