Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager - Patient Support Call Center - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
  • Must have a private workspace with internet plug-in accessibility for HIPAA compliance
