Care Manager - Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager for a Patient Support Call Center position, which is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
• Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and assist patients with enrollment in assistance programs
• Maintain quality results by adhering to program standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
• Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm or more
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
• Must have a private workspace free of distractions to adhere to HIPAA compliance
