Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Manager for a Patient Support Call Center position, which is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
- Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and assist patients with enrollment in assistance programs
- Maintain quality results by adhering to program standards and guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
- Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm or more
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
- Must have a private workspace free of distractions to adhere to HIPAA compliance
