Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigation Agent I, responsible for assisting consumers with technical support and navigation through the registration and provider selection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate consumer needs and assist with provider and service selection
• Guide consumers through the website and registration for services
• Collect clinical information and screen consumers for appropriateness for services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Spanish speaking proficiency is a plus
• 1-2 years of direct mental healthcare experience
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and services
