Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Care Specialist team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Oversee daily team operations, ensuring efficient and compassionate management of patient cases

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in patient navigation, care coordination, or digital health operations
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience in healthcare or customer support environments
  • Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to performance monitoring
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion and commitment to HIPAA compliance
  • Experience with self-funded employer benefit plans or bundled payment models is a plus
