Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Care Specialist team to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in patient navigation, care coordination, or digital health operations
- 3-5+ years of people management experience in healthcare or customer support environments
- Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to performance monitoring
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion and commitment to HIPAA compliance
- Experience with self-funded employer benefit plans or bundled payment models is a plus
