Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigation Manager/Director, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic vision for Care Navigation function to drive scale, efficiencies, and higher yield for Enterprise businesses
• Develop bespoke client intake processes for Enterprise businesses using technology tools and human interventions
• Manage, grow, and develop an effective Care Navigation team responsible for client-facing operations across Enterprise businesses

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience leading and scaling care coordination/customer success teams in healthcare
• Owned end-to-end processes for converting clients into care using technology tools and human intervention
• Significant experience working with Enterprise Partners to drive conversion and increase access to care
• Experience working in Salesforce and data analytics platforms
• Preferred: clinical expertise and deep understanding of mental health industry
