Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigation Supervisor to lead and support the Care Navigation Team in delivering high-quality patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Care Navigation agents, ensuring engagement and adherence to service standards
  • Oversee daily workflows and monitor team performance, addressing capacity or performance concerns as needed
  • Act as a primary contact for staff, facilitating communication and addressing escalations or concerns effectively


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a call center, with at least 1.5 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven skills in coaching and mentoring team members to meet performance standards
  • Experience in monitoring team performance and identifying operational inefficiencies
  • Ability to handle escalations and troubleshoot service issues professionally
  • Comfortable supporting process improvements and providing feedback to leadership
