Job Summary
Supporting Curana providers and care managers with non-clinical tasks, the full-time Care Navigator will manage electronic health records, assist with patient inquiries, and facilitate communication within the health network in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Address patient and durable power of attorney inquiries via telephone and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments
- Manage electronic health records and coordinate necessary documents for provider review and signature
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Team to ensure seamless communication within the health network
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field
- 1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
- Extensive understanding of medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records
- Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various technology platforms
