Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive calls from behavioral health providers and health plan members to assess behavioral health care needs and secure access to needed behavioral healthcare
  • Conduct standardized behavioral health risk screenings with members to assess needs and schedule appointments with providers
  • Respond to routine insurance claims status questions and provide information related to insurance denials or claims submission

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years' experience in a call center and/or crisis center OR 1+ years medical billing/coding and/or claims experience OR 1+ years working in a remote/telework environment
  • Experience with Genesys Interaction Desktop and knowledge of health insurance
  • Proficiency in Spanish
