Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the clinical team in preparing for patient visits and managing patient needs
• Facilitating care processes such as ordering labs and monitoring devices
• Assisting patients in their care journey by scheduling visits, filling prescriptions, and answering questions

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or consumer healthcare setting, or 3 years in customer service
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership in work
• Ability to thrive in a team setting and adapt to a rapidly growing organization
• Nice to have: background in hospitality, patient interaction experience, or health-related field
