Key Responsibilities

• Support patients and caregivers with inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Manage electronic health records and coordinate provider documentation
• Facilitate communication within the health network and assist with prior authorizations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
• Extensive understanding of medical terminology
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various technology platforms
