Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Determine client needs and connect them to appropriate EAP services
Complete EAP Intake Forms and manage client case assignments
Maintain communication with clients and affiliates regarding service requests

Required Qualifications and Education

High School diploma required; Bachelor or Associate's degree preferred
Experience with IT applications and database systems
Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
Strong commitment to customer service
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
