Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from members and providers, verify demographics, explain benefits, and route inquiries
• Assess behavioral health needs, schedule appointments, provide referrals, and assist with authorizations
• Maintain accurate documentation of caller interactions and meet performance metrics

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and data processing
• Ability to establish trust and motivate members through engaging communication
• Flexibility in managing diverse member needs and concerns
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire and throughout employment
