Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator (Friday - Monday).

Key Responsibilities

Support patients with inquiries and appointment scheduling
Manage electronic health records and coordinate necessary documents for providers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field
1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
Extensive understanding of medical terminology
Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various technology platforms
