Job Summary

Empowering patients on their healthcare journey, the full-time remote Care Navigator will manage appointment scheduling, provide financial support regarding claims and billing inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between patients and medical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize professional communication to greet patients and respond to inquiries
• Assist with scheduling appointments and verifying patient insurance eligibility
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters and compliance with policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA and insurance payors
• Experience navigating healthcare insurance operations, including prior authorizations
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
