Job Summary

Supporting Curana providers and care managers with non-clinical tasks, the full-time remote Care Navigator will manage patient inquiries, assist with electronic health records, and facilitate communication within the health network.

Key responsibilities

• Address patient and DPOA inquiries via telephone and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments
• Manage electronic health records and coordinate necessary documents for provider review
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless communication and support provider scheduling

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
• Extensive understanding of medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various technology platforms
