Job Summary

Supporting Curana providers and care managers with non-clinical tasks, the full-time Care Navigator will manage electronic health records, assist patients with scheduling, and ensure effective communication within the health network while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Address patient inquiries and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments
• Manage electronic health records and coordinate documents for provider review
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to facilitate seamless communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
• Extensive understanding of medical terminology
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to various technology platforms
