Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator - Contact Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members
  • Complete intake screening questionnaires and conduct cold calls for member engagement
  • Assist in scheduling member appointments and provide outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of healthcare/clinical experience
  • Call agent experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of EHR/EMR applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must live in the United States
