A company is looking for a Care Navigator - Contact Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members
Complete intake screening questionnaires and conduct cold calls for member engagement
Assist in scheduling member appointments and provide outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of healthcare/clinical experience
Call agent experience preferred
Basic understanding of EHR/EMR applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must live in the United States
