Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured worker
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate progress to clients and therapeutic team
• Improve treatment results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes

Required Qualifications:

• R.N., L.P.N., or M.A. with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of company products, services, and business operations
• Computer navigation and operation skills
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions based on medical need and customer request
• Excellent research skills and ability to resolve conflict
