Care Navigator - Illinois Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator with a remote schedule available for residents in IL, WI, or IA.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, greet callers, and provide information or transfer calls as needed
• Open new client inquiries in the system and connect with the appropriate departments
• Handle incoming faxes and ensure timely response to service calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year of switchboard experience or equivalent
• General customer service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred
