Job Summary

Connecting potential clients to appropriate services, the full-time Care Navigator - Illinois Licensed will manage incoming calls, open new client inquiries, and provide backup for reception duties in a remote setting for residents of IL, WI, or IA.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, greet callers, and transfer calls to the appropriate parties
• Open new client inquiries in the system and collaborate with the Access department
• Handle incoming faxes and ensure timely responses to service calls

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year of switchboard experience or equivalent
• General customer service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred
