Care Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Model Operations Associate to support the Care Model Operations team in improving health outcomes through operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own subject matter expertise on key vendors and make necessary configuration updates
• Partner with Product Operations to scope and maintain playbook requests
• Support care ops directors with fact-finding workstreams and rollout support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in care delivery operations or analytical roles
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
• Eagerness to own detailed documentation and workflows
• Analytical skills with the ability to investigate root causes of problems
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and Metabase for data analysis
