Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking an Associate Director of Care Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including meeting defined SLA's, quality standards, and production metrics
Manage the operational plans, initiatives, and new programs that support member care operations
Support the Vice President of Clinical Operations in implementing and managing organizational goals and OKRs

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of leadership experience in a complex, multi-faceted healthcare environment
Strong knowledge of relevant healthcare and clinic operations information technology, including billing systems and patient care workflows and processes
Experience managing KPIs and developing OKRs
MHA or MBA with a healthcare focus
Significant knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the healthcare industry
