Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking an Associate Director of Care Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including meeting defined SLA's, quality standards, and production metrics
• Manage the operational plans, initiatives, and new programs that support member care operations
• Support the Vice President of Clinical Operations in implementing and managing organizational goals and OKRs

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in a complex, multi-faceted healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of relevant healthcare and clinic operations information technology, including billing systems and patient care workflows and processes
• Experience managing KPIs and developing OKRs
• MHA or MBA with a healthcare focus
• Significant knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the healthcare industry
