Care Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Care Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit referrals to health plans and track their status end-to-end
• Maintain organized records of submission confirmations, approvals, and pending items
• Prepare and submit monthly capacity reports and ensure all reporting deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, referral coordination, or payer workflows
• Experience submitting referrals using payer portals, fax, or secure email
• Experience using support ticketing systems and maintaining tracking logs or workflow tools
• Ability to manage multiple referrals simultaneously
• Experience working with Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA requirements
