Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Operations Director, New Venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational implementation of pilot programs with health plan partners and refine based on feedback
• Develop scalable workflows and operational processes in collaboration with clinical leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 7+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, including case management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in behavioral health or population health management
• Proven experience in designing and implementing operational workflows and reporting systems
• Experience working with managed care organizations and understanding value-based care models
• Experience in launching or scaling healthcare programs, including pilot oversight
