Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Operations Director to oversee various clinical operational aspects of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage revenue cycle management, payer operations, front-desk operations, cancellations, wait-lists, and quality infrastructure
• Oversee credentialing and delegated credentialing management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management, payer operations, and front-desk operations within a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of credentialing processes and delegated credentialing relationships
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Passion for improving mental health services for children and adolescents
