Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Operations Technical Specialist to enhance operational efficiency in their Virtual Cancer Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and design new operational workflows for scalability
• Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into technical solutions, including building internal tools and workflow automations
• Develop data dashboards and perform analyses to support decision-making and manage operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in coding and analytics for operational workflows
• Experience in building automations or scripting solutions using Python or similar languages
• Strong SQL and relational database experience
• Data analytics experience with the ability to multi-task across projects
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps
